If you are interested in a pigeon as a pet, but are not quite ready to make the commitment of welcoming a pigeon(s) as a part of your family, please consider fostering for us. Fostering entails caring for a pigeon (or 2) who are waiting for their forever home. The more foster homes we have, the more pigeons we are able to rescue and to care for.

When you foster a pigeon or pigeons, we provide the cage, and basic supplies and take care of any medical needs that might unexpectedly arise. You provide a loving home, quality care and food. Many people foster-to-adopt. This is a good way to see if the pigeon and your family are happy together before completing the adoption process. Fostering is extremely rewarding and an excellent way to join the pigeon rescue community and to get to know these remarkable birds.
